Harsh is a client relations associate. He is responsible for building and maintaining investor relations in UAE and India. He started his career as a research analyst that worked with SME's, Startups and Venture Capitalists by helping them with due diligence, fund raising, building presentations and creating reports. He is an experienced business professional with 3+ years in managing projects and a graduate of Essex business university.

Mandana is a Senior Associate involved in the Business Development process in Finles Capital. She is also responsible for client relations covering the MENA region and specializes in building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with clients. Mandana graduated from the Bicocca University of Milan in Marketing, Corporate Communication and Global markets. She also has a Bachelors degree in English from the Sheikh Bahaei University in Baharestan.

Her goal is to generate the best investment opportunities for new and existing clients.  She graduated in Accounting at the Ateneo de Zamboanga University in the Philippines.

Victoria is the head of client relations department. She's responsible for the daily management of the client relations team. Victoria is specialized in alternative investments with a focus on Private Debt and ESG Investments. She holds a Masters degree in Financial Management from Swansea University in the UK and a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Moscow University.

Rob van Kuijk
After joining Finles as managing partner in 1994, Rob became one of the first hedge fund managers in the Netherlands. Rob has 25+ years of experience as an investment manager, investing in alternative investments in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Rob is also a non-executive Board member of several international funds. He is a certified tax adviser, a certified credit analyst and holds various academic business economy certificates.

Maksim Kunakovskii
Maksim joined Finles as a managing partner and is responsible for operational management and business development. He has CEO and non-executive Board and Investment Committee experience. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Golden Gate University in San Francisco and he also graduated in Private Equity and Venture Capital at the Harvard Business School in Boston.
